2. I paid for ASR PROGS is authorizing but not opening?

Some of the ISP has closed ports is in Asia countries, is not able to open ASR PROGS
You can use 2 ways to fix your problem
A: Use VPN, you can try with VPN to open your port.
B: You can install Nod32
C: Or you must change your ISP.

3. When I open program I get error what can I do?

For the members working with (Markus, ASR, TT-Soft, Sponta) need to download these files and install it.

4. I have STB and SUPER VOX Gold, when I join the room and after I want to open my voice I get error what can I do?

You need this file Wavefx32.dll in to C:\WINDOWS\system32 and register on run regsvr32 Wavefx32.dll

5. I can open the program, but when I want to login my ID, it doesn’t go. What can I do?

Your Problem is the language of windows. These problems have the most of Persian or Arabian Language.
It’s better when your language is in English. So you can deactivate the old language From, Control Panel - Regional and Language Option

6. I am not getting that much green socks what can I do?

you need patch your windows, if your windows is Service pk2, Download xp SP2 TCPIP Limit Patch
Here you can see how you patch your windows!
This patch will remove the limits in xp SP2 FOR unresolved, half TCP connections.
This limit causes programs that scan and make many connections at once to not work properly. ProxyGrabber,STB,ProxyScanner, and many other programs don't ork right unless you use this patch!
Its only if you have XP Service Pack 2!
1- Run the program EvID4226Patch. The first option it asks you, choose, "Change."
2- Pick a very high number for the new limit, like 1000000.
When it asks if you are sure about this, chose , "Yes."
3- Choose yes to rename the backup file.
4- Close the program. You'll get a popup from windows which will want you to load your xp disk, choose "cancel" then choose "yes" when it asks if you are sure about keeping the new version of the TCP.sys file ( the one you just changed).
5- Reboot

7. How can I change my Serial Hardware?
